Two cover illustrations of No Stones Left Unturned were submitted to a poll. Cover #2 conquered the hearts of voters by a majority of 69%. This is an out-of-the-ordinary, striking cover realized by Catherine Herold, a Koehler Books designer. The illustration is the superposition of three concepts exploited in the novel: the kidnapped child, Leila's extra-sensorial perception represented by her eye, and the Enchanted Spring in the background.
